  1. 500 gmsBottlegourd
  2. 5red chillies
  3. 2ts salt, urad dal, mustard, perungayam powder, oil
  4. 10 gmssoaked tamarind

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    First fry all the ingredients except bottle gourd in a pan with small amount of oil.

  2. 2

    Peel the bottle gourd and fry it in the pan.

  3. 3

    In a mixer grinder grind it into smooth paste.

  4. 4

    Thats all. Thokku is ready to taste.
