  • 1apple
  • 1 tbspfresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbspolive oil
  • 1 tspfinely grated lemon rind
  • Salt and black pepper

    Cut the kohlrabi and Apple into matchsticks

    In a small bowl, mix the oil, lemon juice and zest
