Mash boiled potatoes

In a saucepan pour some oil and put on flame

Add rye,curry pata, jeera,onion,green chillies.cook a little

Then add spices salt,Turmeric,red chilli,

Now in this add mashed potatoes, green coriander.mix properly and switch off the gas.

Now in a pan mix beasan with water and make a paste.put salt, Turmeric.

Now make balls of potato and dip in besan

Keep a pan with oil for frying on gas and fry these bondas.

Serve with sauce or chutney
