    You should fry the plantain then break the egg into a bowl

  2. 2

    Mix the onions and Sausage and maggi and salt inside

  3. 3

    Then pour it into the frying pan that has small oil and put your fried plantain ontop and cover it

  4. 4

    Until the egg is done
