Place the meat in a hot pot with little water and let it cook...

Keep stirring ensuring it doesn't stick

Once browned, add some oil and onions and chillies... Cook till the onions become translucent..

Add all the spices, ensuring all pieces of meat is coated

In a blender, place tomatoes, pineapple and garlic and blend to a puree and pour in the meat

In case you decide to use tomato paste add it at this point together with the soy sauce

Cover and let it simmer for about 10min letting it thicken... Remember to stir..

Add in the chopped hoho(personally I let it cook for about 3min to retain it's color and crunch)

Add Dhania,stir and remove from heat

In a hot pan... Put some margarine and onions

Cook till translucent then add a pinch of salt, the spinach and coconut cream

Cover and let cook for about 3-4minutes to prevent overcooking

Serve with Ugali
