Ingredients

30 mins
  • 1 cupbrown rice (soaked for 30 mins
  • 3 cupswater
  • 1 TBSlemon juice
  • 1 TBScooking oil
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Note: I cooked by draining method.

  2. 2

    Bring your water to a rapid boil. Add oil and salt, then pour your soaked rice. Add lemon juice and stir well.

  3. 3

    Cover and let your rice cook for 20mins. Drain the water and serve.

  4. 4

    NB. The lemon is to make the rice from sticking
