Ingredients

40 minutes
4 servings
  • 2big potatoes
  • For stuffing :-
  • 1/2 cup grated cottage cheese
  • 2 tbspchopped fried cashew nuts
  • 1 tbspchopped raisins
  • A fewsprings fresh mint leaves
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 tspgreen chilli paste
  • Oil to fry
  • 1 tbspfinely chopped ginger
  • 1/2 tsp chat masala
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • For marinating :-
  • 1 cuphung yogurt
  • 1 tbspgarlic paste
  • 1 tbspGinger paste
  • 1/2 cup roasted chana daal powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli Powder
  • 1/2 tsp jeera powder
  • 1/2 tsp chaat masala
  • 1/4 tspdried kasuri methi powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tspgreen chilli paste
  • 2 tbsphot oil
  • 2 tbspsesame seeds

Steps

40 minutes
  1. 1

    Peel the potatoes and skoop them from the centre and soak in the water.

  2. 2

    Heat oil in the pan and deep fry them along with the removed potato pulp.

  3. 3

    When it gets soft remove them from the oil and place it on a tissue paper.

  4. 4

    In a bowl mix all the stuffing material along with the potato pulp

  5. 5

    Fill all the mixture in the potatoes.

  6. 6

    In a bowl mix all the things of marination well.

  7. 7

    Apply the marinated mixture on the potatoes and wrap them with sesame seeds.

  8. 8

    Place the potatoes on a greased tray. Preheat the oven to 200°c and bake them for around 15 minutes.

  9. 9

    Take them out, cut into pieces and serve hot.
