Soak urad dal for 2-3 hours

Drain water, add green chillies and ginger piece make a paste, not too fine or coarsely

Transfer into bowl, add crushed black pepper, curry leaves,salt and cooking soda mix well.

Heat oil in a kadai

Dip your hand in water, take batter in your hand make a round ball and from thumb give a shape and slowly drop into oil

Fry on medium heat oil, till golden brown.
