In a bowl combine milkmaid, milk and mango puree

Whip the cream till soft peaks are formed

Then fold the whipped cream with the mango puree mix

Transfer it in an aluminium loaf tin cover it with a cling film

Freeze it fr 6 to 8 hours. Mango icecream is ready

While serving garnish with sliced pistachios
