For rabdi - take 1/2 ltr milk in a utensil n boil it till its quantity becomes half

Add sugar - 3 spoon n cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp

Boil it till it becomes thick n stir it simultaneously till it becomes 3/4th of its volume

Let it cool

For samosa stuff put a kadai on the flame after it gets heated add the mango pulp and stir continuously

Add little ghee desiccated coconut n milk powder n stir it till it becomes thick

Add cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp n remove the kadai from the flame

For samosa dough take maida(all purpose flour) with 1/4 cup ghee, litl salt n mix it n make samosa dough n cover it nleave it for 20 min

Now take Lil amount of dough to make it like puri size in rolling pin

Then make two parts of the puri n take 1part of it to make cone shaped n fill it with the mango stuff n make samosa

Make all the samosas in this way n take a kadai for frying the samosas till it becomes golden.

Then in another kadhai take 2 cup sugar n 1cup water n cardamom powder for the chasne n make the chasne till two threads appear

Then add the samosas in the chasne

Then take a plate add the cooled rabdi n place the sweet mango samosas on it

Now it is ready to serve
