Ingredients

50 minutes
4 servings
  • 1whole Hubbard squash
  • Pinchsalt
  • 1 tablespoonsugar
  • Sprinkle of cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoonmargarine
  • 1 bundlespinach
  • 1onion(chopped)
  • 2potatoes(peeled/chopped)
  • 1knorrox cube
  • 1 packetcream of mushroom powdered soup

Steps

50 minutes
  1. 1

    Peel and cut pumpkin into cube

  2. 2

    Rinse and boil on a medium heat adding sugar,salt,cinnamon and margarine,cook until soft then mash

  3. 3

    Rinse spinach then in a pot add onion and potatoes and boil with water until soft then add knorrox cube

  4. 4

    Thicken with cream of mushroom soup
