Preheat oven to 425

Cut butter into flour and sugar and baking powder.

Whisk eggs, sour cream and vanilla together. Then fold into flour mixture just until dry ingredients are moistened.

Drop 1/3 cup dough (greased measuring cup) onto a greased baking sheet.

Bake at 425 for 12 minutes or intul cakes begin to brown.

Serve with ice cream or whipped cream, berries etc
