Ingredients

  • For mango ice cream
  • 3mangoes
  • 1 cup yougrut
  • To taste sugar
  • For cake
  • 2tiger crunch biscuits
  • 1eno pouch
  • 1 cupmilk
  • 1/2 cupsugar
  • as neededOil for greasing

Steps

  1. 1

    For cake mix all ingredients in mixer put them in greased bowl and bake in microwave ur cake is ready in 8 mins

  2. 2

    Mix mango pulp sugar and yogurt freeze for 5hrs ice cream wud b ready

  3. 3

    Slice cake in two parts level one part with mango ice cream and cover with other part garnish with choice of ur fruit I did it with cherries and freeze it for 1hrs to reset

  4. 4

    Ur biscuit mango cake is ready
