Ingredients

  • 1 kgraw mangoes
  • 2 tbspturmeric powder
  • 1/4 cupfennel seeds (saunf) coarsely crushed
  • 3 tbspsplit fenugreek seeds(methi kuria)
  • 3 tbspsplit mustard seeds (rai kuria)
  • 1/2 tspnigella seeds (kalonji)
  • 2 tspajwain
  • 5 tbspred chilli powder
  • 4 tbspsalt
  • as neededMustard oil

Steps

  1. 1

    In a large bowl add mangoes, salt and turmeric, mix well

  2. 2

    Place the mangoes on a sieve, cover and keep in sunlight for 5 to 6 hours

  3. 3

    In a bowl combine all the ingredients and mix well

  4. 4

    Add the mangoes to this

  5. 5

    Fill it in a sterilized bottle

  6. 6

    Keep in sunlight fo 4 to 5 days
