Ingredients

20 minutes
3 servings
  • 2Brocolli florets
  • 1/2 cupmaida
  • 1/2 cupcornflour
  • 1/4 cuprice flour
  • 1 tbspginger/ garlic paste
  • to tasteSalt
  • to tastePepper
  • as neededOil
  • 2 tbspschezwan sauce
  • as neededSesame seeds
  • as neededCoriander leaves

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Now boil broccoli in salted water till it is tender. It will take around 5 mins. Drain and set aside.

  2. 2

    Make a batter of maida, cornflour, rice flour,ginger & garlic paste.salt & pepper. Coat brocolli florets in this batter. It should be thick batter.

  3. 3

    Heat oil for deep frying, fry the broccoli till it is golden. drain in a paper towel.

  4. 4

    Now take a wok add garlic chopped in it. Add schezwan sauce & stir fry fried brocolli florets in it.

  5. 5

    Sprinkle some sesame seeds on it & serve hot immediately with coriander leaves
