  1. 2chicken thighs
  2. 1 tspChicken masala
  3. 1 tspgarlic powder
  4. Oil
  5. to tasteSalt

Steps

12 minutes
  1. 1

    Marinate the chicken in oil and chicken masala and garlic powder and let rest for a while

  2. 2

    Light the Jiko till hot

  3. 3

    Put the chicken on the grill and cook one side till ready and a little black

  4. 4

    Then turn on the other side an cook till a little black

  5. 5

    Remove from grill and serve

  6. 6

    Put a grill on the jiko

  7. 7

    Garnish with chives,tomatoes and sage
