Boil the milk.Turn off the flame

Add 2 spoon vinegar in that boiled milk. The milk becomes cuddles. Mix well for 2 minute

Now take a muslin cloth. Strain the whole milk in that cloth. You get the Chena over the cloth.press it will to remove the excess water.

Put a knot and hung the Chena for 45 min.

Take out the Chena. Grind it for 5 to 7 sec only. You get a smooth batter. MUX it well to make a soft dow.

Make small balls of that dow. Ensure no crack be there on the ball

In a pan put 2 glass of water. Add 2 cup sugar in that.Let it boil. Once boiled add the balls

Cover the pan with a lid. Let it boil fir 10 minute. After 10 min the balls turns double in size. Let it be cover for half an hour

Your rasgullas are ready with just 4 ingredients.
