Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1 cuproasted vermicelli
  2. 1/3 cup chopped capsicum/carrots
  3. 1/3 cupchopped onions
  4. 2 tbspFried peanuts
  5. fresh coriander for Garnishing
  6. 1 tspschezwan masala(twist)

Steps

  1. 1

    In kadai,add oil.saute veggies for 3-4mins.

  2. 2

    Now add 1.5cup of water + roasted seviyaan and 1 tsp of schezwan masala powder.

  3. 3

    Cover and cook on sim till done.

  4. 4

    Garnish with fresh coriander and peanuts.

  5. 5

    You can add veggies upto your choice.
