1 cuproasted vermicelli
1/3 cup chopped capsicum/carrots
1/3 cupchopped onions
2 tbspFried peanuts
fresh coriander for Garnishing
1 tspschezwan masala(twist)

In kadai,add oil.saute veggies for 3-4mins.

Now add 1.5cup of water + roasted seviyaan and 1 tsp of schezwan masala powder.

Cover and cook on sim till done.

Garnish with fresh coriander and peanuts.

You can add veggies upto your choice.
