Steps

Firstly take a mixer grinder jar, add masala oats to it and grind it in a fine powder.

Chop onions, tomatoes, green chilli and coriander leaves.

Take a bowl, transfer the powdered oats in it, add gram flour, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cumin seeds, carom seeds, chopped onions,tomatoes, green chilli, coriander leaves and beaten curd into it.

Mix all the ingredients very well. Add water gradually and keep mixing the batter until a semi thick batter is obtained and the batter is of chilla consistency batter.

Heat a non-stick tawa, apply some oil on it. Take a laddle full of batter and drop it at the center.

Spread it carefully in a circular motion, smear oil at all the corners of the chilla and cook it from one side on low-medium flame.

Flip it and cook it from another side for few minutes. Flip it again and cook for few minutes and then take it out and serve hot with any sauce or chutney.
