Make a batter of sooji, curd, salt and paneer.

Allow the mixture to remain for 10 minutes.

Now add Eno packet. The batter will ferment after sometime... becomes fluffy.

Pour the batter slowly spreading on non stick tawa.

Sprinkle onions, tomatoes and bell peppers.

Once one side gets cooked,turn on other side till golden brown.

Serve with sambhar or coconut chutney..
