Mango Rava Cake

Peel, chop and blend smoothly mangoes, keep aside mango pulp.

Combine sugar powder, baking soda, butter and sooji rava mix well.

Stir and mix till smooth.

Add mango pulp and again stir continuously till get smooth dough.

Cover and keep aside for 30 minutes.

Pretty heat cooker with a plate, without gasket and lid.

Transfer the batter into a spoon butter greased thick bottomed bowl.

Keep inside the cooker be carefully and allow it to bake for 30 minutes in low flame.

Insert a tooth pick or knife and check the bakeness, if not still continue for ten minutes, take off flame and allow it to cool.

Cut in desired shape and serve.
