Peel and Chop mango then make smooth puree

Boil milk add rice flour whisk to avoid lumps

Add khus syrup
- 4
Keep aside

Take a pan add mango puree heat
- 6
Mix well when get thick gas off
- 7
Now take a glass add firni now add mango pulp then firni
- 8
Now garnish with a scoop of mango and a sprig of mint leaves
