The fennel, basil lemon and pepper add a lovely flavour to this #fish. Panga fish takes in most flavours and is compatible to whatever flavour you want to use.

The fennel, basil lemon and pepper add a lovely flavour to this #fish. Panga fish takes in most flavours and is compatible to whatever flavour you want to use.

Add the butter to melt in 1 large frying pan. Add the crushed garlic and fry for 1 minute. Add the fresh chopped fennel, basil and chopped parsley

Add then add the vinegar, sea salt and pepper stir in and placed fish on top.

Then the broccoli, corn cobs, mixed veg, lemon juice and 2 slices lemon. Cover the pan and slow cook on low heat, simmer for 20 - 30 minutes.it will have a little juice from the water off the frozen veg

With the lid and simmering the dish is poached.

Take off the heat and when cooled take the fish out carefully in one piece set aside. add the cream stir in the veg.

Add the fish back on top and bring to the boil and lower just to heat the fish up.

Serve with boiled Rice or a little mashed potatoe. And a little fennel leves on top.
