Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgfish fillets
  2. to tasteSalt
  3. 1/2 lcooking oil for deep frying
  4. 2onions chopped

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the meat into your desired size

  2. 2

    In a pan add cooking oil and let it boil

  3. 3

    Deep the fish and let them fry for about 5-7minutes till they start turning golden brown

  4. 4

    Remove them from the oil

  5. 5

    In another cooking pan preheat it then put the deep fried fish fillets in

  6. 6

    Then add onions and salt then fry them for about two minutes

  7. 7

    And fish fillets are ready to serve
