This is my first time preparing this dish hop yours will as delicious as mine.
Steps

Whisk the eggs, mustard, royco and salt and set aside

Heat oil in a large heaby pan over medium heat to high heat

Dip the fish fillet in the egg mixture.

Fry the fish fillet for 3-4 minutes on each side untill golden brown.
- 5
Wash and remove the outer covering of the potatoes. Then chop them into slender strips
- 6
Fry the potato chips in a medium to high heat
- 7
Fry both sides for 7 to 10 minutes each side.
- 8
Serve.
