  2. 1big onion
  3. Oil
  4. 3big Tomatoes
  5. 3 clovesGarlic

Cooking Instructions

    Deep fry the fish in a pan and remove it if well cooked

  2. 2

    Cut the onions in a pan letting it till golden brown

  3. 3

    Add the tomatoes and garlic let it cook for 3 min

  4. 4

    Add the fillets and stir them letting them cook for 5 min adding a little salt to taste

  5. 5

    Ready to serve
