Ingredients

  2. 2.2 lbsfine bulgur (1 kg)
  3. 5onions, finely chopped
  4. Walnuts or pine nuts, as desired

Cooking Instructions

    Prepare the filling: Cook the beef with onions over low heat. Add salt, black pepper, mixed spices, and pomegranate molasses. Once cooked, stir in the nuts.

    Prepare the dough: Rinse the bulgur with warm water. Take 2 onions and 1.1 lbs (500 grams) of beef, and process all ingredients together in a meat grinder. Grind the mixture twice until it forms a cohesive dough. Add salt, black pepper, red pepper, and mixed spices, then mix well.
