Soak the rice and dal and methi dana for 5-6 hrs. Grind and keep for fermentation for 5-7 hrs. Make dosas by adding salt and adjust the consistency by adding water.

Make the masala stuffing. Add oil in a pan add oil rai haldi curry leaves and slightly mashed potatoes. Add green chillies chopped. Mix well add salt to taste.

Make the rice by adding oil in a pan add rai haldi curry leaves and boiled rice. Add salt and mix well. Add lemon juice.

Make a dosa, put masala stuffing in the center length wise and add the lemon rice layer on top. Cover from both sides and serve dosa immediately.Serve with coconut chutney.
