500 gmchicken
4-5Onion chopped
2tomato choppers
Black pepper
leavesBay
Dry red chilli
Black cardamom crushed-1
1 tspCumin seeds
Turmeric powder
Red chilli powder
Cumin powder
Grammasala
to tasteSalt

Steps

Led the oil heat on medium flame

Fry if for few seconds on medium flame add onions
3

Fry that onion for 3-4 minute on medium flame

Add turmeric powder,red chilli powder mix it and cook if for 1/2 minute add chicken mix it add salt add tomato
5

Cover the pan and cook it for 8-10 minute on low flame
6

Add water 250ml or 1glass
7

Stir it before serving
