At first take a pan put 1 tsp ghee add dry fruits and nuts and fry them then remove it the pan

Add ghee 1 tsp the same hot pan while ghee is hot then add Bay leaves, sanuf, saute it continues add ginger, cinnamon and black pepper, dry fruits and nuts saute it

Then add sprouts and mix it nicely

Now add boiled rice in the pan and mix properly add sugar and salt mix well cover the lid for 2-3 minutes in low flame

After few minutes saute the rice and add cardamom powder n nutmeg powder mix it well

Now our sweet n healthy rice is ready to serve

Take the rice as morning breakfast best for all children and adults
