1 cupsugar
2 teaspoonsbaking soda
3 teaspoonsbaking powder
pinchsalt
1 stickbutter
3 cupsbuttermilk
2 cupsraisins
1egg

Steps

Mix dry ingredients, an raisins, cut in butter

Mix egg with buttermilk, add to dry ingredients

Use two 9 inch greased pans
4

Bake at 350 for 50 - 55 minutes. Toothpick in middle should come out clean.
