In a blender make paste of rice and urad Daal.

Keep in sun for fermentation

Add salt

For potatoes in a kadhai add 1 tbsp ghee

Add Sarson and crackle add gree chill

Add onions and saute add tomatoes and cook till soft

Add Haldi salt amchur and garam masala and mix

Heat the tava and sim the gas

Apply ghee and pour the dosa batter and spread flip and roast on another side also.

Apply aloo mixture and fold
