In a bowl take maida, desi ghee,ajwain and salt add water to make a dough for kachori

Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds,ginger,green chilli saute it,add haldi powder,green chilli,onions and all the ingredients except potatoes and coriander leaves

Cook for few min now add potatoes and cook in the last add coriander leaves

Take dough make pedas add fillings into the pedas give the shape of small puris
- 5
Deep fry them kachoris are ready
