Method of Broccoli Almond salad 👇

Soak almonds fr 4-5 hrs

Now cut broccoli in small small pieces and wash it

Put a pot on flame pour two glass water in it and boil..

Take a chalni and put broccoli and soaked almonds in it then put chalni on pot and cover it... steam it fr 3 mints on medium flame

After 3mint off flame

Now take a bowl put steamed broccoli almond mint leaves chopped coriander leaves lemon juice black pepper salt olive oil in it and mix it properly

Fr little sweet taste add honey it's optional...

Soak termerind in little water fr 15-20 mints

Now mash it add little more water

Take a bowl put 2-3tsp temerind juice in it

Then add ready two pinch red chilli powder and black salt and two pinch sugar powder and mix it well

Now wash all veggies.. Cut it in long long strips

Now add all veggies in termerind juice

Then add salt black pepper in it.

Now both salad ready to serve..it's very tasty and healthy too
