Steps

Szechuan sauce Method:-Heat oil in a pan add garlic and satue till fragrent then add ginger and satue.

Add red chilli paste and stir nicely. Cover and cook for 5 min and then oil is separeted so sauce is ready.

Szechuan chicken Method:-In a large mixing bowl marinated the chicken with soya sauce,corn flour,1 tsp garlic paste and vinegar and keep it for 1 hour.

Heat 500 gm oil in a pan and add the marinated chicken for deep fry.

Heat oil in a pan remain garlic paste,red chilli powder,red chilli sauce and salt and mix it well.

Then mix along with the chicken and cook it for 2-3 min in high flame.

Then add onion and satue and add szechuan sauce and mix it.

Add little bit of water and then add cornflour and stir.

Garnished with spring onion and serve hot.
