Ingredients

2 serving
  1. 400 gmBoneless chicken
  2. 2 tbspSzechuan sauce
  3. 1 tbspRed chilli sauce
  4. 2 tspGarlic paste
  5. 2Onion medium size cubes pieces
  6. 1 tbspCorn flour
  7. 1 tbspVinegar
  8. 1 tspSoya sauce
  9. 1/2 tspRed chilli powder
  10. to tasteSalt
  11. 500 gmOil for deep fry
  12. 2 tbspOil for chicken gravy
  13. For garnishingSpring onions
  14. For schewzan sauce
  15. 2 tbspChopped garlic
  16. 2 tbspChopped ginger
  17. 4-5 tbspRed chilli whole paste
  18. 2 tbspOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Szechuan sauce Method:-Heat oil in a pan add garlic and satue till fragrent then add ginger and satue.

  2. 2

    Add red chilli paste and stir nicely. Cover and cook for 5 min and then oil is separeted so sauce is ready.

  3. 3

    Szechuan chicken Method:-In a large mixing bowl marinated the chicken with soya sauce,corn flour,1 tsp garlic paste and vinegar and keep it for 1 hour.

  4. 4

    Heat 500 gm oil in a pan and add the marinated chicken for deep fry.

  5. 5

    Heat oil in a pan remain garlic paste,red chilli powder,red chilli sauce and salt and mix it well.

  6. 6

    Then mix along with the chicken and cook it for 2-3 min in high flame.

  7. 7

    Then add onion and satue and add szechuan sauce and mix it.

  8. 8

    Add little bit of water and then add cornflour and stir.

  9. 9

    Garnished with spring onion and serve hot.
