  • Smoked meat
  • Onion
  • Okro
  • Ugu
  • Crayfish
  • Fresh pepper
  • Red oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the ugu,rinse the smoked meat with salt and warm water twice.

  2. 2

    Boil water and red oil till is well mixed.put the crayfish,Fresh pepper,Salt and continue boiling.

  3. 3

    Cut okro and onion,whisk very well and pour inside the pot to boil.then followed by the ugu.after 2minutes is ready.
