Soak Daal and make a smooth paste

In a pan take oil..heat..add cumin..onion tomato spices cook and add paneer...cook for 5 min...cool it

Add salt in moong Daal paste...take a tawa..heat it..drizzle oil...spread a ladle full batter on it

Put some paneer stuffing.....and cook till bottom become golden brown....serve with tomato chutney

In tomato add salt garlic coriander leaves red chilli and grind..tomato chutney is ready
