Steps

First wash and cut the potatoes and onion and peel of the garlic

Now heat a pan add oil, then add cumin seeds and red chilli after 2 min,add onion and fry 2 min more until it turns golden brown in colour..

Now add potatoes and cook 15 minutes in medium flame without adding salt and turmeric powder.

Now if bhujia is halfed cook then add turmeric powder and cook 10 minutes more in medium flame

Now the bhujia is approximately cooked then add salt, and now increase the flame on high and cook 5 minutes and turn off the flame.

Aalu bhujia is ready to serve with rice or any paratha..
