Ingredients

2 servings
  • 2pkts Noodles
  • 250 gmsboneless chicken
  • 3eggs
  • 1 cupmixed carrot & capsicum
  • 1 cupcabbage
  • 1spring onion
  • 1 tbspeach chopped ginger & garlic
  • 4 tbspoil
  • 2 tbspsoya sauce
  • 1 tspvinegar
  • 1/2 tsppepper powder
  • 1/2 tspajinomoto(optional)
  • Salt as per taste

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Boil noodles with salt & water keep aside. Boil chicken & shred

    Make an omelet & cut into strips. Heat oil in a pan. Add ginger garlic & saute. Add chicken & saute.

  3. 3

    Add pepper, soya sauce, ajinomoto, salt, vinegar & mix. Add vegetables & saute.

    Add noodles & toss. Add omelet strips & cook fr few min. Serve hot.
