3-4 servings

200 gmchane
1 cuptomato puree
1 tspginger chopped
1-2green chillies
1 tspchana masala
1 tspdry mango powder
1 tspred chilli powder
1/2 tspcarom seeds
1 tspgaram masala
pinchhing
to tastesalt
as neededoil

Clean and saoked the chane 7-8 hours.

After soaked add in cooker and boiled it.

Heat oil in a wok add hing and carom seeds when crackle add tomato puree and spices saute till leave the oil.

Add boiled chane and cook on low flame for 25 minutes..
