Take curd put oil,add all the masala including salt mix well then add gram flour again mix it now add the paneer cubes mix them with the help of hands cover it nicely put in refrigerater for 40 minutes

After that cut the onion capsicum tomato in cube form seprate the layers of onion

In skew assamble the vaggies &paneer in order on other side heat the pan put some oil now keep the skews on tht cook till get nice colour keep changing the side

Now put the coal on flame for 1 minute on other side place the aluminum foil in to the mud pot now place the tikka inside again cover with foil then over it put the piece of coal add little ghee over it quickly cover the pot with the help of wheat dough open it after 5 mintues
