Cut the chappati into half equal part.make a past to mix ararot and water mix.naw fold half chapati like a cone as shown in the pic.and fill 2-3tsp leftover bhaji or sabji like gobhi aalu or gaajar aalu any dry veg sabji which u have.apply ararot paste on aage and seel chapati samosa perfectly.
