Grate the carrots into thin slices

Shred the cabbages into thin slices

Mix the cabbage and the cartots together

Add the mayonnaise and sugar and mix well add sprinkle some lemon juice preferably add vinegar.

Refrigirate for 5mins

Now garnish using the tomatoes, lemon and lettuce
