  • 2ripe plantain
  • Salt
  • 3 piecesFresh pepper
  • 1Onion
  • 3 piecesFresh tomatoes
  • Vegetable oil
  • 2eggs

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the plantain and boil.

  2. 2

    Cut the fresh pepper,fresh tomatoes and onion.

  3. 3

    Beat the eggs add salt and curry.heat up vegetable oil and fry the onion,Fresh pepperand fresh tomatoes.

  4. 4

    Fry for 3minutes and pour in the eggs.

  5. 5

    Stir and fry till is done.
