Ingredients

4 servings

100 gmwhole moong soaked and sprouted
1cucumber
1tomato
1onion
1-2Green chilli chopped
2 tbspChopped coriander leaves
to tasteChat masala and salt
1 tbspLemon juice

Steps

Boil in half cup water the moong sprouts in pressure cooker just for a whistle and release the steam immediately. Drain and let them cool

In the mean time chop onions cucumber tomato.

Add all the ingredients in a big bowl. Garnish with chopped coriander and serve.
