200 gplain flour
150 gbrown sugar
40 gcocoa powder
5 gbaking soda
50 mlrice oil
1 tbsvinegar or apple cider vinegar
250 mlwater
1 pinchsalt
60 gprotein powder (optional)

Preheat the over to 160°C

Mix dry ingredients in a bowl

Add water, rice oil and vinegar+baking soda.

Pour mixture in a 20cm diameter tray

Cook for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center turns out clean
