Steps

Soak whole moong for 8 hours

Soak urad dal for 2 hours
- 3
Grind whole moong in a mixer to a fine smooth paste adding very little water
- 4
Grind urad dal too same textured paste and mix with moong paste
- 5
Add salt to taste in mix well the mixturw together and keep aside
- 6
Heat a idli steamer add eno just before steaming idli and pour idli moulda and steam
- 7
Serve with your choice of sambhar and chutneys
