  • 1 kgThe Pumpkin soup of Pumpkin (about 1/2 butternut)
  • 2swee-sour apples
  • 1.5 liters(vegetable / chicken) broth
  • 1large onion
  • 2 cmfresh ginger
  • Olive oil
  • to tasteCurry powder
  • to tasteSalt and pepper
  • Finishing (optional): roasted Pumpkin seeds
  • piecesbaked apple
  • piecesbaked (old) bread

Steps

    Preheat the oven to 220 ° C. Wash and cut the pumpkin into pieces, peeling does not have to.Wash and peel the apples, cut them into cubes.
