250 gcarrot grated
100 gcorn paste
1medium sized onion chopped
1 tablespoonginger and garlic paste
1 tablespoonGreen chilli chopped
To tastesalt and sugar
1 tea spoongaram masala powder
2 tablespooncorn flour
as neededWhite oil

Mix all the ingredients well shape the fitters as you want

Make a batter of corn flour.

Dip the fitters in the batter and fry in white oil in medium flame.
