This kabab is very rich in protein as I make it with rajma and soyabean chunks. This kabab is melt in mouth.
Steps

First grind cashew and whole spices.

Now grind rajma.

Wash and grind soya granules.

Now dry roast gram flour till colour change.

Now heat a pan and add ghee.

First add ginger garlic and fry 2 minutes.

Now add onion and fry for 2 minutes.

Now add rajma paste, cashew paste, soya granules, salt, gram flour and corriender leaves.

When it's cool down make kabab and keep in fridge for 30 minutes for set.

Now heat a pan grease with ghee and shallow fry from both side on medium flame.

Serve it with chutney and onion rings.
